Only faulty product(s) are eligible for exchange. Exchanged items are subject to item availability. Please contact us here if you wish to make an exchange for a faulty product. Please do not return the goods before communicating with our customer service team.
Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission. Do provide us the receipt of your purchase for our reference. Please note that all the extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (eg. shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee.
All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, undamaged packaging and with a copy of the receipt. PRESENCE Paris reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.
